Outdoor Day Camp

Proudly supported by

Are you in charge of a day camp? Are you a camp counselor working for your municipality’s Recreation Department this summer?
Plan a free outdoor day at the Park for your campers, thanks to Desjardins!

Municipal day camps from nearby towns are invited to visit Montagne du Diable Regional Park free of charge, courtesy of Desjardins. The goal of the project is to give all local playground and day camp kids a chance to experience the joys and benefits of the great outdoors.
The Park is the perfect setting for a day of nature exploration and outdoor fun. All you have to do is book your preferred activity date—completely free of charge. A PRMD coordinator will be on-site to ensure the day runs smoothly.

The program gives local youth the opportunity to take part in outdoor and environmental education activities, while raising awareness about the importance of protecting our ecosystems and learning best practices for preserving the natural environment.

Activities offered include:

  • Hiking

  • Mountain biking

  • Water sports (canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding)

  • Storytelling and legends

  • Discovery games

  • Nature observation and interpretation

  • And more!

Municipal Recreation Departments interested in booking a free outdoor day can contact us now.

This free day camp program at Montagne du Diable Regional Park is made possible thanks to financial support from Desjardins, a proud community partner, as part of its Community Development Fund.
