Cancellation policy

Reservation terms at Montagne du Diable Regional Park :
At the time of reservation, 100% of the total amount of the stay is required.

Modification or cancellation up to 31 days or more before the arrival date :
It is possible to modify or cancel your reservation with a 100% refund of your stay. A cancellation fee of $15.00 plus taxes will be charged to you.

Modification or cancellation from 30 days to 14 days before the arrival date :
Accommodation costs are non-refundable with the exception of fees for access rights. A single modification of Stay will be possible within 30 days following the arrival date. No downward changes and refund will not be possible.

Modification or cancellation 14 days or less before the arrival date :
Refunds will not be possible with the exception of fees for access rights.

Please note that weather conditions and/or any other reasons cannot justify a
cancelation.

Access to accommodation :
When staying overnight at the park, access fees are added automatically to your reservation. Free access for 18 years and under.
